LT Lucas Transfer provides private airport and hotel transfer services on Kos Island, Greece. By making a booking, you agree to these terms and conditions.
A booking is confirmed once full payment has been received (for online payments) or once you receive a confirmation message via WhatsApp (for cash/WhatsApp bookings). Please ensure all provided details — pickup location, date, time, and passenger count — are accurate.
The customer is responsible for being ready at the pickup location at the agreed time. LT Lucas Transfer is not liable for delays caused by incorrect information provided at the time of booking.
Standard luggage allowance is one suitcase and one carry-on bag per passenger. Excess luggage must be declared in advance. We reserve the right to refuse transport of unsafe or excessively oversized items.
LT Lucas Transfer holds full vehicle insurance as required by Greek law. We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, or events beyond our reasonable control. Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the booking.
These terms are governed by the laws of Greece. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kos, Greece.
